Buy a 10 session coaching pack and if at the end of 3 months, you are not satisfied with the coaching provided, receive a full refund (See below for more information)

Terms and Conditions

All you have to do to be eligible to receive a full refund at the end of your coaching is to be dissatisfied with the coaching you have received and have met the following simple conditions.

1)    You have undertaken a FREE consultation on how you might use coaching before starting your coaching and have paid full price for your coaching (i.e. you have not taken coaching at a discounted rate). 

2)    You have completed all sections of the intake pack and have answered yes to all of the questions in the contract before the intake session (of 90 to 120 minutes).

3)    You need to have used and taken part in all 10 (30 minute) coaching sessions within 3 months of the intake session (with session 10 being the closing/review session), and have turned up on time for all of them.

4)    Session cancellation/rearrangement requests are provided with a minimum 24hrs notice for all sessions. With no more than 3 sessions rearranged by you the client.

5)    Have completed and submitted your preparation sheet a minimum of an hour before at least 8 of the coaching session (although you are free to discuss other topics is you so wish).

6)    You agree to provide feedback to John (the coach) at the end of each session to help him to tailor the coaching to your specific requirements.

7)    You agree to review your progress towards your coaching goals, reporting back in session 4, 7 and 10 your progress.

8)    You agree to be accountable to John (the coach) for the actions that they commit to doing at the end of previous sessions
