What is Coaching?

"The International Coaching Federations definition of coaching is "an ongoing partnership that helps clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life"

 

Chance to focus on yourself

Coaching gives you the chance to focus on yourself, where you are right now, and more importantly where you want to be. People who come to a coach are wanting to achieve something that is missing in their lives. Whatever they have been doing up to that point hasn't been working and they want to get more out of their lives.

 

Ongoing process

Coaching is an ongoing process, supporting you during your period of change. With each session you will come with some understanding on how you wish to use your time, which may relate to the previous session or be something else, the choice is yours; and you will leave with movement and learning that will get you onwards towards where you want to go. At the start of each session I will ask you to confirm how you wish to use your time and what you want to be able to say at the end of the session.
